The Geekvape Aegis Mini 5 is a compact sub-ohm kit built around a 3200mAh built-in battery, 75W maximum output, and IP67 protection. It ships paired with the Z Nano 3 tank and two B Series mesh coils covering DTL and RDL vaping, making it a complete setup out of the box.

USB-C charging at 5V/3A brings the battery back from empty quickly, and the 0.87-inch OLED screen keeps wattage, battery level, resistance, and puff count visible at a glance. Six colour options are available across the range.

Z Nano 3 Tank and Airflow

The Z Nano 3 uses top airflow positioned above the coil, which removes the main cause of leaking in bottom airflow tank designs. Because the air inlets sit above the e-liquid level, there is no path for liquid to seep out through the slots when the tank is tilted or stored on its side. Refilling uses a push-to-refill cap: push the top down, fill, release. No unscrewing, no removing the tank from the mod. The 2ml capacity is TPD compliant for the UK market. Airflow is adjustable from wide-open DTL all the way down to a tight MTL draw depending on which B Series coil you have fitted.

B Series Coils and Vaping Styles

The kit ships with two coils. The 0.2ohm mesh coil runs at 50-58W and is suited to full DTL vaping with high-VG shortfills at 70/30 or above. The 0.4ohm runs at 25-30W for a restricted DTL draw and works well with 50/50 or 60/40 e-liquids. The full B Series coil range is compatible with the Z Nano 3, so you can also pick up 0.8ohm or 1.2ohm coils separately if you want to use nic salts in MTL mode. This makes the Aegis Mini 5 a genuinely versatile kit across vaping styles rather than a purely DTL-only device.

Output Modes

Three output modes are available on the Aegis Mini 5. Variable Wattage lets you set the output yourself anywhere from 5W to 75W and is the mode most vapers will use day to day. Power Mode reads the installed coil and selects the appropriate wattage automatically, which is useful if you want the device to manage itself. Bypass sends raw battery voltage directly to the coil for an unregulated output and is suited to experienced vapers who prefer that delivery style.

IP67 Protection and Build

IP67 means the Aegis Mini 5 is fully sealed against dust and handles water splashes, rain, and drops onto hard surfaces. It will not survive being submerged, but everyday knocks and spills are not a concern. The body is zinc alloy and PC with a PU leather grip, keeping it manageable for all-day carry despite the 3200mAh cell inside. Most compact mods cut the battery down to keep the size manageable.

The Mini 5 fits a 3200mAh cell into an IP67 body, which covers a full day of DTL vaping without needing to carry a charger. If you want the same Aegis toughness with higher wattage and external batteries, the Aegis Legend 5 runs up to 200W on dual 18650s and is available separately.
