Geekvape Aegis Mini 5 Box Mod

The Geekvape Aegis Mini 5 Mod is the device-only version of the Aegis Mini 5 kit, for vapers who already have a tank and want the Aegis battery and chipset without paying for hardware they do not need. It carries a 3200mAh built-in battery, 75W maximum output, and the same IP67 protection as the kit version, in a zinc alloy and PC body with a PU leather grip.

The standard 510 connection takes any sub-ohm tank, MTL tank, RTA, or RDA, and the 0.1 to 3.0ohm resistance range covers everything from high-resistance MTL coils through to low-resistance sub-ohm builds.

USB-C charging at 5V/3A, with a 0.87-inch OLED screen showing wattage, battery level, resistance, and puff count. If you want the full setup with the Z Nano 3 tank and two B Series coils included, the Aegis Mini 5 Kit is available separately at Vapeology.

Output Modes

Three output modes are available. Variable Wattage lets you set the output yourself anywhere from 5W to 75W and is the mode most vapers will use day to day. Power Mode reads the installed coil and selects the appropriate wattage automatically, removing the need to adjust settings manually when fitting a new coil. Bypass sends raw battery voltage directly to the coil for an unregulated output and is suited to experienced vapers who prefer that delivery style.

IP67 Protection and Build

IP67 means the Aegis Mini 5 Mod is fully sealed against dust and handles water splashes, rain, and drops onto hard surfaces without issue. It will not survive submersion, but everyday knocks and spills are not a concern. The AS chipset fires instantly and holds output consistent as the battery depletes, so performance does not sag in the lower portion of charge.

The 3200mAh built-in battery removes the need to carry spare 18650s or an external charger, and USB-C charging at 5V/3A keeps downtime short. If you want the same Aegis toughness at higher wattage with external batteries, the Aegis Legend 5 Mod runs up to 200W on dual 18650s with IP68 protection and is available separately.
